Book an Event at The Warehouse

*2-Week notice REQUIRED for all events, groups & facility rentals.

We do NOT allow walk-ins for events. You must book the space through our event coordinator.

1. All parties, groups, and team practices must be scheduled with The Warehouse Birthday Party coordinator at least two weeks before the requested date. Groups that were not scheduled properly will be asked to cease certain activities.
2. Groups wishing to meet here must sign and submit the Birthday Party agreement.
3. Due to other events and staff restrictions some events and groups may not be given their requested time and days.
4. The child-to-adult ratio for events must not exceed 5 to 1, meaning those having the event are responsible for ensuring there is at least 1 adult for every 5 minors.
5. Inform staff about major spills or damage to The Warehouse property so they may be dealt with appropriately and safely.
6. Adults overseeing the event are responsible for reading, understanding and upholding all rules and safety guidelines of The Warehouse. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Observing all posted signs (trampoline limits, climbing wall rules, etc.)
- Ensuring kids are walking when outside the defined skate park area.
- Making sure kids stay in approved, supervised areas of The Warehouse.
- Stopping inherently dangerous behavior such as wrestling, fighting, etc.
- Ensuring all participants have a completed waiver. If the participant is under 18 the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.

7. These are general policies. This is not an exhaustive list of all safety rules. Staff members may ask that activities they deem dangerous or irresponsible be stopped immediately.

Notice: Groups that show up without notice with more than five people and food will be asked to cease certain activities.

Party Pricing & Info

Open Hour Rates

(Monday – Friday 10AM-1PM and 3 to 7PM)

***Morning parties are available during the school year only.***
Private Parties during the week are held in our upstairs conference room. Our upstairs
conference room holds up to 49 people and 6 – 8ft tables are provided with chairs accordingly.
Birthday parties are booked in 2-hour time blocks (11AM-1PM, 4-6PM or 5-7PM) during open
hours. Individuals who book a birthday party will have access to the room 1 hour before the
party to start to decorate and bring food & cake.
If booking a morning party (11AM-1PM), party-goers will only have access to the front areas of
the building. This includes the Play Area, Tiny Tot Area & two Bouncy Houses.
For individuals booking parties during afternoon hours (3-7PM) guests will have access to the full building and all that we offer to the community during this time.
All parties booked during open hours are $100 and must to scheduled with the Event Coordinator. The birthday party form & payment-in-full (cash or check made payable to The Warehouse) are due 2 weeks before the Birthday party date.
We do not accept Cash app, Venmo or Paypal as verified payment options at this time.

Saturday Rates

(We are closed on Saturdays to the general public at this time, but we do allow bookings for private parties & events.)

Saturday Birthday parties are booked in 2-hour time blocks. A Warehouse staff member will be on-site for the duration of the party. Our building is large – 5 acres under one roof. Given this, on Saturdays, we rent out the building by “area”. Every area has a different hourly rate based on the square footage. Please see our Hourly Price Breakdown rates below.
Individuals who book parties with us on a Saturday will have access to the building 1 hour before the party starts, to decorate areas rented, and bring in food or cake.
All Saturday parties must be booked with the Event Coordinator. Payment in full (cash or check
made payable to The Warehouse) and a completed Birthday Party form must be submitted 2
weeks before booking the party.
